You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any products. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused and Unopened Products: Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

3. How to Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Include the proof of purchase.
- Ship the Product: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Please provide photos or a description of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take additional time.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different shade or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. Exchange shipping fees are covered by Jones Road Beauty.
7. International Returns
At this time, we only accept returns and exchanges for domestic U.S. orders. If you are an international customer, please contact us for further assistance on a case-by-case basis.
